- The Admin Assistant would be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
- Would provide support to the company’s directors, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities.
Admin Assistant Duties/Functions/Responsibilities
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Type and distribute email, correspondence memos and letters
- Manage the staffs and organize their shift.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers of same
- Make travel arrangements
- Manage Admin expense funds, submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Maintaining office equipment and facilities
- Any other assigned Admin tasks
Job Competencies
- Minimum qualification is OND in Business Administration or any related field.
- Proven experience working as an Administrative Assistant for a minimum of three (3) years
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
