  • The Admin Assistant would be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

  • Would provide support to the company’s directors, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities.


Admin Assistant Duties/Functions/Responsibilities



  • Organizing and scheduling appointments

  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Type and distribute email, correspondence memos and letters

  • Manage the staffs and organize their shift.

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers of same

  • Make travel arrangements

  • Manage Admin expense funds, submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Maintaining office equipment and facilities

  • Any other assigned Admin tasks


Job Competencies



  • Minimum qualification is OND in Business Administration or any related field.

  • Proven experience working as an Administrative Assistant for a minimum of three (3) years

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
