• Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients


• Head the marketing and sales team


• Drive sales for the company


• Develop a working marketing system with results


• Recruit marketing workforce when necessary.


• B2B and B2C marketing 


• Develop and maintain customer relationships


• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data


• Report weekly/monthly on the status of marketing activities


• Document and pursue lead/customer intelligence.


• Other related duties that will be assigned

Criteria & Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of OND


• Hands-on experience as a marketer/sales officer 


• Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales and B2C


• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills


• Familiarity with the fashion/music industry


• Tech-savvy


• Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions


• Leadership skills


• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision


• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, teammates, and management
