Job Description
You will be using your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Your focus will be to onboard new customers and manage existing to ensure transactions on the POS month on month.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Meet and exceed monthly transaction targets
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Collaborate with other teams as regards customer issues resolution
- Participate in market storms within your state
- Retrieve and remap dormant terminals
- Train customers on how to use the POS
Who you are
- Min 1 year experience in selling POS solutions in a bank or a fin-tech
- Experience in selling 2 or more products simultaneously
- Ability to acquire new accounts and manage existing accounts simultaneously
- Experience in driving account opening and transaction targets
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales target
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Good looking, smart and sociable
