Job Description:

• Sourcing for guards from the fields.


• Recruiting of qualified applicants (minimum of 40 qualified applicants per week).


• Ensuring that standard requirements for guards recruitment, that is, Age, Height, Physical Fitness, and Literacy are maintained.


• Giving orientation to recruited applicants concerning their attitude to work, and codes of ethics for guards.


• Proper vetting of recruited applicants and their guarantors.

Requirements:

• Must be experienced in recruiting operatives and cadets.


• Proven track records of boosting and sustaining guard force manpower needs through the recruitment of qualified and capable applicants.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.


• Ability to conduct a thorough needs assessment to gauge recruitment needs.
