Job Summary

• Our client is seeking to fill the role of a Banking and Finance Lawyer who is experienced in advising on technical, strategic and procedural aspects across the spectrum of problems.

Summarized Job Description

• Ensure effective management of time, effort and resources in order to generate maximum efficiencies.


• Prepare fee matter estimates and quotations.


• Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients and staff alike.


• Provide technically sound legal opinions and technical advice to clients.


• Review of Transactional documents.


• Legal and Advisory and carry out due diligence.


• Corporate Searches and corporate affairs commission.


• Prepare banking, finance and security documents.


• Review of Transactional documents.


• Make a constructive contribution to the non-chargeable activities of the practice group and the firm.

Person Specification

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.


• 10 - 12 years Post Qualification Experience.


• Experience within a Leading Firm is essential.


• Must be detail oriented and organized.


• Must possess analytical skills.


• Must have done litigation.


• Must have excellent customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills and computer
