The successful candidate will Lead a team of DSAs to sell assigned products and achieve assigned targets.
He/she will lead and manage a team of DSAs, coach team to help reach daily, weekly and monthly sales, service and productivity goals set by Management team as well as ensure optimum delivery of all personal targets and tasks as assigned by direct supervisor or management.
Responsibilities
Drive the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities
Responsible for the Loan Team Target
Constant monitoring and review of loan portfolios
Developing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Evaluate creditworthiness by processing High volume loan applications and documentation within specified limits
Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
Developing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Justify decisions (approvals / rejections) and report on them
Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
Maintain and update account records
Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 4 years work experience.
