Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Manage e-mails and other correspondence where required ensuring prompt responses and appropriate actions are taken

  • Production of agendas, papers, minutes and/or decision and actions for internal meetings

  • Assist the Director with project management and project support, including organising occasional special events, team training etc.

  • Be responsible for providing high level support to a range of projects to support the Director Team.

  • Liaise with senior colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure agreed governance actions are completed within the appropriate timescales and monitor actions

  • Manage the Director teams diaries, organising and administering meetings effectively and efficiently and ensuring best use of available time.

  • Other tasks within competence as required by line management.


Qualification and Experience



  • Candidates should possess an OND or HND / Bachelor's Degree

  • Previous Experience as a PA or Executive Assistant


Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to plan, anticipate, think proactively and delegate to meet the needs of the Direct Team

  • A proven self-starter who takes initiative to drive forward projects

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good customer service skills

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint with a high standard of presentation.
