- We're looking to hire a Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and manage the human resources function within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Leading and managing employee relations, including addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive employee engagement
- Managing employee performance and development, including setting goals and objectives, providing feedback and coaching, and conducting performance evaluations
- Managing employee benefits and compensation, including ensuring compliance with legal requirements and overseeing the administration of benefit plans
- Leading and managing employee relations, including addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive employee engagement
- Managing employee retention and turnover, including developing strategies to reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices to inform HR strategy and decision-making
- Communicating with senior management to provide updates on employee relations and HR initiatives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- CIPM/SHRM is an added advantage
- 5-7 years’ relevant experience in a similar role in a reputable organization.
- Strong, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Proactivity and analytical abilities
- The ability to multitask
- A good understanding of the latest HR trends and best practices are essential.
