What you would do

• Troubleshooting hardware related issues;


• Maintaining hardware, repairs and optimization of all PCs, to ensure longevity of PCs;


• Asset monitoring of all IT hardware;


• Managing warranty documents of all IT hardware;


• Managing network resources; must be proficient in cabling, wired and wireless networking;


• Draft and enforce IT hardware related policies;

What you should have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field;


• 3+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance;


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;


• Good interpersonal skills;


• Proficient in database programming and software installation;


• Ability to multitask;


• Attention to detail;


• Good problem-solving skills;
