Job Brief



  • We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to oversee secretarial duties in the organization. The ideal candidate must be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people skills and ability to multi-task.


Responsibilities



  • Welcome guests with excellent customer service.

  • Resolve guest enquiries to ensure a positive experience viain-person, phone or email.

  • Act as liaison between the different departments of the organization.

  • Schedule meetings, arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers.

  • Must ensure the front office is tidy and organized to reflect the brand ambience of the organization.

  • Provide Outstanding customer service to guests.


Qualification and Experience



  • Minimum of OND in any field of study.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role.


Skills / Abilities:



  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good physical abilities

  • Must be social media savvy and ICT inclined.

  • Sociable and versatile.

  • Active listening and practical communication skills with excellent team spirit

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
