Job Summary

• The production supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production operations in order to ensure that the production processes deliver products of the maximum quality.

Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees


• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules


• Overseeandcoach employees


• Supervises cooks, tastes, smells, and observes food to ensure that the standard recipe is followed.


• Helping to plan menus, apportion ingredients, and use food surpluses


• Check production output according to specifications


• Submit reports on performance and progress


• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements


• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures


• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification


• 1 - 3 years of work experience.

Remuneration

N65,000 - N70,000 monthly.
