Required Competencies/ Person Specification



  • A good first degree

  • Minimum of 4 years cognate HR Function experience.

  • MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point proficient.

  • Knowledge of HRIS

  • Innovative & Creative

  • Knowledge of statutory regulations.

  • Ability to present reports using relevant HR Analytics.

  • Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with employees at all levels and the relevant public.

  • Very sound Oral and Written Communication skills.

  • CIPM/CIPD/ SHRM Certification is an added advantage.
