Required Competencies/ Person Specification
- A good first degree
- Minimum of 4 years cognate HR Function experience.
- MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point proficient.
- Knowledge of HRIS
- Innovative & Creative
- Knowledge of statutory regulations.
- Ability to present reports using relevant HR Analytics.
- Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with employees at all levels and the relevant public.
- Very sound Oral and Written Communication skills.
- CIPM/CIPD/ SHRM Certification is an added advantage.
