Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all client briefs and projects as it relates to the entire HR value chain - Talent Management. The Candidate will also ensure the proactive resolution of all challenges that could hinder the smooth and prompt execution of all agreed initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, and other relevant certificates.
Experience:
- 6 - 7 years of working experience.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Mircosoft office suite or related software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
