Job Summary



  • We are looking for a competitive Field/Outdoor/Outside Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas and also research sales competition.


Job Responsibilities



  • "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)

  • Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.

  • Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.

  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers

  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.

  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

  • Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.

  • Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.

  • Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.

Requirements and Qualifications



  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field is preferred.

  • 1 - 4 years proven outside sales experience, particularly in a B2B environment

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

  • Understanding of common sales techniques and theory, including sales funnel

  • Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, demonstrations and client meetings

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and detail-oriented.
