Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking the quality of all KYC registrations daily for NCC KYC Compliance and data generation and operational reporting on the daily report requirements for Customer Experience
- Provide daily/weekly/ monthly report based on the data analysis.
- Tracking of fraudulent registration kits
- Reduce the poor data quality of KYC registrations received from the field to impose stiff penalties on agents found to be making fraudulent and poor quality registrations.
REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Bachelor’s degree
- Not more than 30 years of age
- Relevant experience in the Call Center is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail
- Fast Learner and Flexible
- Candidate must have Completed NYSC.
- Candidate must reside around Opebi Ikeja or it’s environs
- Computer Literate
Salary: 57k, HMO & PENSION
