 Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Generating new product ideas


• Monitoring the use of additives


• Controlling production hygiene and quality control standards;


• Ensuring that stringent food safety standards are met;


• Identifying and choosing products from suppliers


• Evaluating and inspecting suppliers


• Testing and examining samples;


• Writing reports.


• Liaising with marketing staff

 Requirements

•   A graduate degree in food science/technology, food/chemical engineering, biochemistry, nutrition, microbiology, or chemistry


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Good team working abilities Confidence


• The ability to work independently


• Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding food hygiene and safety Strong analytical and numerical skills.
