Anticipate the CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc, and ensure the needs of the Chief executive are met
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external personson all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO’s activities.
Provide calendar management for CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
Work to understand the business to readily determine whether toaccept a meeting request or requestmore informationregarding themeeting request.
Arrange and handle all logistics forthe CEO’smeetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes.
Work to be cost-effective with expensesassociated with traveloffice administrationand meetings.
Manage CEO's e-mail inbox by dealing with attachments for future reference and print out e-mails that require the executive's review/action
Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilitiesand follow up appropriately.
Undertake any other appropriate duties as required to support the Chief Executive to enable them to fulfill their role
Requirements
A Public Administration or Secretarial Administration Degree or any relevant field is preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 plus years of proven administrative experience supporting at the executive level.
