An in-flight and multi-sector catering multination company in Nigeria is in need of a talent to fill the role of Unit Manager.
Develop and implement strategies for optimal performances in food production and logistics with highest standards of quality service delivery
Plan and organize job schedules of all staff to meet timely delivery of meals and services for airlines in accordance with stipulated standards/ regulations like HALAL, HACCP, ISO 9001, Airline Meal Specifications and HSE regulations.
Ensure coordinated and well documented processes of all operational procedures to meet Airline requirements and Internal Control procedures.
Plan organize and coordinate start-up and delivery of new/ additional Airline requests and (or) changes in specification of menus.
Oversee effective and efficient operations in airline meal deliveries, galley loading/ off loading and compliance with all ramp safety regulations.
Execute on the job training for subordinates in various sections/ units to ensure a well-rounded workforce with multiple skills to aid multi-tasking and (or) succession in short notice.
Ensure execution of tasks with minimum errors and documented reports when they occur with identified defaulters. This is expected to aid operational decisions for team optimization.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with at least 10 years work experience.
