An Eye Clinic in Lagos urgently needs experienced Customer Care Officers to employ at these Locations. Ikeja, Surulere, Isheri and Festac town all in Lagos state. Applicants must be living within the stipulated areas and must be able to operate computer very well.

DUTIES:

• Answer incoming calls from customers


• Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues


• Collect copays and deductible payments


• Maintain and update customer and referral information.

REQUIREMENT:

Qualification: HND/BSc.

Salary: N70,000-80,000 per month.
