General Summary

• Contact delinquent loan customers for loan repayment and restructure to enhance default loan collections. Customer contact is via telephone, letters, e-mails, and frequent effective visitation.


• Manage the Recovery and Inspection Unit resources in the most efficient & professional manner to ensure judicious management of non-performing loans;


• Effective and continuous collaboration between the loan recovery/inspection team and account officers / account managers as well as law enforcement agencies.

General Purpose

The Loan Recovery and Inspection officer acts as staff to the Operating Officer/MD by Restructuring, Monitoring and Reporting results of all Recovery and Inspection efforts of the organization and in providing guidance for the organization on matters relating to loan performance improvement.
