Workforce group is recruiting IT Change Analyst for a client
Qualification: Hnd/BSc minimum of Lower Credit/Second class lower in related discipline
Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years relevant experience

Brief Job Description
- Review and record requests for change (RFCs)
- Categorize change requests
- Prioritize changes according to business objectives
- Accept or reject RFCs
- Convene the change advisory board (CAB) meetings.
- Create and circulate the change schedule
- Initiate and follow through with the Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) after deployments
- Maintain all change documentation (policies, procedures, templates, etc.)
- Produce management reports
- Identify opportunities for service improvements
Salary: 102,000 + other benefits
