Job Description
This position requires someone who is creative and thinks outside the box. She should be ready to take charge, deliver results and add value to the executive office.
Responsibilities
- Work in tandem with executive to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Effectively manage executive'scalendar including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Liaise between clients, staff and stakeholders to maintain constructive communications.
- Manage multiple projects assigned by executive as related to diverse lines of business, community, and personal interests
- Draft official documents, collate reports, and ensure proper filing of documents(both physically and electronically)
- Handle correspondences on executive’s behalf
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferably a first class or 2.1)
- At least 1 year relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to write a pitch with strong presentation skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and stay calm in a high-pressure environment
- Highest level of discretion.
