Job Description
Responsibilities
- Receipt & Processing of RFQ, issuance of LPOs and delivery schedule
- Initiate the process of tenders & bids for long term orders.
- Carry out market survey
- Support Supplier identification, development, and categorization
- Ensure materials’ purchase from manufacturer or OEM representative
- Maintain an activity monitoring schedule that captures the documentation
- Keeping record of price trend
- Management of Invoices and SOA submission
- Carry out any other assigned tasks
Job Requirements/Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree OND, Purchasing and Supply
- At least two years’ experience in related field
- Good knowledge on importation process
- Relevant Professional Certification will be an added advantage
Knowledge & Skills:
- Must be familiar with foreign importation and documentation
