Duties and Responsibilities

• Make Airline bookings/reservations (local and international tickets).


• Assist customers to choose among a variety of travel options.


• Interact directly with season-ticket holders and other ticket-buying customers on a day-to-day


• sales inquiries, problems, and concerns.


• Provide backup support to include after-hours support.


• Issuing/re-issuing tickets.


• Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance with corporate procedures; ensure


• the entire process is completed within the stipulated turnaround time;


• Plan route and compute ticket costs, using schedules, rate books and computers.


• Provide industry updates as well as airline promos to clients.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree


• 4 - 16 years of work experience.
