ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement a DBA marketing and admission strategy to attract quality candidates across gender and diverse industry sectors, disciplines, and backgrounds.
- Formulate and implement an integrated marketing strategy to strengthen the DBA as a premium brand.
- Develop sales prospect profile/persona/composite templates to aid the targeting of candidates.
- Deploy web strategies, paid searches, email campaigns, and innovative social media to increase admission success.
- Provide advice on the branding of DBA brochures, flyers, and other marketing communications materials.
- Plan and execute digital marketing schemes and campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, etc.
- Utilize a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points.
- Build, improve and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective students and other stakeholders to sustain an admission pipeline
- Ensure the School is communicating the right message to attract prospective students and also, to retain the existing ones.
- Collate and analyze data to evaluate the DBA marketing efforts to improve brand marketing, visibility and coverage for decision-making.
- Monitor the activities of competitors especially foreign Business Schools domiciled in Nigeria and align admission practices to trends.
- Develop long-range organizational and promotional/marketing plans (print, electronic, and other medium) for programs and initiatives to support and promote our institution’s admissions processes and practice.
- Act as the first point of contact and provide expert advice to applicants on admission processes.
- Provide leadership in positioning PAU DBA admission in the marketplace to expand visibility to attract and enroll a diverse student body.
- Develop annual targets and projections for DBA admission activities for use in budgetary projections
- Any other specific duty to be assigned by the DBA Director from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of Master in Business Administration
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales and Marketing position.
- Experience in Service Marketing, Business Development, Consulting, or Project Management
