Engage in the design and implementation business strategies, plans and procedures.
Interpret and analyse data and metrics taid strategic decision making.
Write and submit reports, proposals tthe Directors in all matters of importance.
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
Managing relationships with existing clients – IOCs, NOC’s, EPC’s other industry players.
Collaborate with Business Development Department in preparation of bids/proposals and negotiations with clients. Create/develop business proposals as required by management.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by management and/or direct report.
Participate in strategic and operational governance processes of FOCUS.
Assist in managements strategic plan tachieve FOCUS goals by fostering innovation, initiatives, and monitoring the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future systems across the company.
Research and development of product, identification of business opportunity. Also, assess, identify, and communicate risks associated with company business process and other investments.
Participate in the development of business case justifications and cost/ benefit analysis for the organizations spending and initiatives.
