Job Summary

• A Professional Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and courteous transportation of passengers in a professional manner.


• This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to adhere to all applicable safety protocols.


• Successful candidates should be able to provide an efficient and comfortable ride for customers.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely to their destinations


• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.


• Maintain vehicles in clean condition inside and out, including refuelling as necessary.


• Complete pre/post-trip inspections of the vehicle


• Maintain records such as vehicle logs, delivery records, work orders, etc.


• Always provide courteous service to customers.


• Monitor road conditions, traffic patterns, vehicle performance, etc.


• Ensure a timely arrival at destinations.


• Report any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs to the proper authorities.


• Provide assistance with loading and unloading luggage as may be required.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification


• Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional driver


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to read maps, plan routes, and follow directions accurately.
