Our company is looking for talented Sale Agents to be responsible for generating leads and meeting market goals. To be successful in this role, a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics is required, and a superb interpersonal skill is essential.


Responsibilities



  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets or goals.

  • Generate leads.

  • Strive to establish and relationships with new customers.

  • Maintain customers satisfaction through excellent customer service.

  • Identify customers needs and address them accordingly.

  • Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.

  • Follow up on customer orders as necessary.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

  • Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate.


Qualification


B.Sc./HND in Marketing or any related field


Requirements



  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Superior interpersonal skills

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales

  • 1+ years of experience in the industry

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards

  • Confident and charismatic approach to people
