Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business leads
- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their requirements
- Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
- Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
- Establish and build a database of active clients and business accounts via prospecting, networking and referrals.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any related field
- 3-4 years Sales Experience in the FMCG Industry
- Charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethics
- Entrepreneurial spirit to manage your own book of business.
- Aggressiveness, persistence, resiliency and commitment to providing the best customer service.
- Ability to establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable effective team management experience.
- Experience in the FCMG industry
Compensation
Base Pay Between: NGN80,000 - NGN120,000 monthly plus other Benefits.
