Job Description
The Sale Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing all aspects of the company’s sales acquisition strategy to meet our revenue growth objectives
Responsibilities
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) Majorly Tier 1 and 2 clients
- Search for new client leads and manage relationships with existing customers.
- Score and qualify leads
- Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little or no supervision
- Ability to ensure he/she meets targets set and also help the colleagues under his/her supervision close deals.
- Ability to create and develop data-driven reports and forecasts.
- Know how to use CRM and other other relevant software.
- Creative thinking and ability to present sales pitch to key stakeholders and decision makers in different organizations.
- Ability to meet and surpass sales targets set.
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
- 5-6 years Proven B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
