JOB SUMMARY
We are recruiting early career graduates for the Production Leadership Program at FoodCo Nigeria Limited, a leading multichannel retail company in Nigeria. Successful applicants will start their FoodCo career in food production and take on increased responsibility after a six-month probation period.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learning and assisting in the process of food preparation at FoodCo production facilities (fast food restaurant and bakery).
- Learning how to monitor and manage supplies within a budget, and without compromising quality.
- Acquiring an excellent understanding of food health and safety practices at Foodco.
- Ensuring food delivery standards are adhered to across all outlets
- Maintaining a high compliance with all food health and safety requirements.
- Learning to work as a team with all production staff in the assigned facility.
- Learning how to clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils.
- Learning how to clean and sanitize food preparation work- stations.
- Accepting instructions and training from supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc/B.A/B.Tech in Food Science/Food and Nutrition/Food Technology/Human Nutrition & Dietetics, Hospitality & Restaurant Operations/Culinary Arts/Hospitality &Catering
- Minimum graduating GPA- second class lower/lower credit
- 0-2 years post NYSC experience
- Age limit- 28 years

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
