Job Description



Duties



  • Overseeing the sales process from start to finish, including handling customer complaints and questions about products

  • Ensuring that the sales team stays compliant with company policies and procedures

  • Establishing sales goals and targets for team members, providing training in sales techniques, and regularly reviewing performance

  • Developing new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking

  • Managing the team’s schedule to ensure that they are meeting their daily and weekly goals

  • Monitoring competitors’ activities and recommending changes in product offerings or pricing to respond to competition

  • Motivating and inspiring team members to meet their goals by offering feedback and incentives such as commissions after discussing with management.

  • Preparing reports on sales activities and progress toward goals, which may include gathering data from multiple sources such as customer records or marketing campaigns.

  • Providing feedback to management on ways to improve sales performance or increase revenue through new products or services


Minimum Requirements.



  • Graduate,Business Administration or equivalent. B.E-Electrical / Mechanical would be preferred. MBA or Master’s

  • Degree is a preferred. Min 8-10 years of experience in the sales support field. Previous or current experience in Industrial Products is a plus.
