Job Description.

• Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests


• Help guests with their luggage and help them settle in.


• Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements.


• Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.


• Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel resident.


• Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.

Job Requirements.

• HND/OND in any related field.


• Experience in similar job role is compulsory.


• Problem solving skills.


• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.


• Highly responsible and reliable.


• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.


• Outstanding guest services skills.
