Duties & Responsibilities



  • Seeking out funding and investment for the business

  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services

  • Developing concept notes, proposals for new business opportunities

  • Initiating new partnerships and possible business acquisitions

  • Negotiating business terms with new and existing client

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders, including clients, partners or vendors

  • Analyzing, evaluating & managing business risk - Working with senior team members to manage risks


Preparing product pitches and making presentations to prospective clients and investors


        - Pitching products and services to new customers and offering new services to existing customers


        - Preparing client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint and sales displays



  • Implementing strategies to minimize operating costs and increase profits

  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities

  • Setting sales goals and supporting team to meets them

  • Becoming a subject matter expert on the company’s business products, processes and operations and remaining up-to-date on industry news

  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning

  • Attending conferences and events on behalf of the business

  • Other Duties As May Be Required By Management
