Duties & Responsibilities
- Support in analyzing organization’s present and potential market
- Support in creating and scheduling engaging media content that tie into organizations communication strategies and goals
- Support in the development of content creation programs and plans
- Support in developing and managing competitions and campaigns that promote organization, brand, products and/or services
- Support in managing and facilitating audience engagement
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and audience preferences that align with business goals
- Support in developing monthly reports containing information and insights from campaigns and other strategies
- Other social media related duties as may be required by head of department and management
