The individual will also coordinate and oversee the flow of the company’s services or products to consumers or external stakeholders.


Job Description



  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.

  • Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff

  • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures

  • Analysing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers

  • Entering order information into the company database with finance team.

  • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products

  • Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.

  • Processing of pro-formas and quotations

  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer.

  • Assisting in planning, coordinating and reporting training activities

  • Social media content management

  • Generating leads for the sales team

  • Responsible for product activation, in store promotion and merchandizing

  • Responsible for branding sales retail outlets.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by line manager, other sales executives or HOD.


Requirements and Skills



  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or its equivalent

  • 4-6 years of experience as a sales support executive/sales coordinator

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Extensive customer service experience

  • Computer Literate (Ms-Excel and Ms-PowerPoint)

  • Advanced sales and customer service skills

  • Ability to analyse consumer data to optimize sales efforts
