Organize and administer the secretariat into a functional hub
Strengthen the client’s position as a leading bilateral business advocacy group;
Developing the client’s strategic development plans and budget;
Arrange and provide support for the meetings of the Board, the AGM and other meetings of the client;
Carrying out instructions and directives of the Board;
Develop and supervise an effective program for membership growth and services;
Develop and maintain an effective communications system with the needs of the members;
Organize periodic public events consistent with the objectives of the client;
Serve as a spokesperson for the client as mandated by its Chairman;
Provide quarterly reports to the Board of Directors
Identify critical issues that may impact the client and make recommendations thereof.
Desired Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least five or more years experience in a management position in a company or chamber of commerce or other similar civic, community or non-profit organization.

Personable, self-motivated and can work with people from diverse backgrounds
Possess a sound knowledge of business practices and government regulations with respect to businesses.
Proficiency in the use of the internet, social media and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Possess strong leadership characteristics and initiative.
