Working Days: Monday- Friday (Two Saturdays and Two Sundays In a Month)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Keep tracking outstanding debts


• Plan course of action to recover owed money


• Locate and contact debtors through Phone Calls and provided online chat platforms


• Update account status and database regularly


• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable


• Handle customers' questions or complaints


• Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans


• Build trust with debtors


• Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions

Qualifications

• OND / HND / BSc. Holders (not for SSCE holder)


• 0 - 1 year work experience.


• Applicants must have a working Andriod Phone and must be living around this Location :Oshodi,Ikeja,Ketu,Ojota ,Ilupeju, Ogba and environs closer to Ikeja

Age Bracket:

• 20-27 years old.
