Requirements

Candidate must have:

• A Bachelor’s or (preferably) Master’s degree from a reputable educational institution in a relevant field.


• 8 years of Operations experience; with 5+ years of proven experience as Head of operations, Operations Director, or similar leadership role.


• Strong numerical & communication skills; both verbal and written.


• At least 3 years experience in a financial services company, preferably an asset management company or custodian.


• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans, particularly cost-reduction strategies from an improved process offering perspective.


• Experiences in leading operations/process improvement/change management/project management, a strong understanding of growth tactics, and a proven track record of working with high-performing teams.


• Certification in Project management and familiarity with project management tools.


• Experience with implementing IT systems and knowledge of data analytics and reporting.


• A strong understanding of ITIL/Azure fundamentals.


• Ability to work independently & within a team, assertive and persistent to solve problems and get results.


• Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
