The Account Officer will be responsible for marketing the bank’s retail products and services in order to establish, develop and maintain relationships with retail customers located in the target market.
Responsibilities
Market products and services to customers and prospects.
Identify / establish new customer relationships.
Pay regular visits and make calls to prospective customers with a view to establishing good relationships with them
Identify customer needs and proactively seek to provide products and services to meet their anticipated needs
Sell the banks retail products and services.
Implement efficient and effective customer acquisition strategies.
Assist in preparing Management reports.
Identify customer issues or concerns through knowledge of their business.
