• OND qualification with 1 - 2 years of work experience.


• Excellent communication skills


• Computer literate (will be tested during interview)


• Extensive store retail experience


• Excellent customer service skills and experience


• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.


• Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability


• Meeting sales goals by enthusiastically selling and marketing items to customers in store and online


• Attention to details and ensure process are followed always


• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer experience


• Proven sales management experience.


• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.


• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.


• Excellent Selfpresentation


• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines


• Must live around Ajah or environs / ikeja or environs


• 21 to 30 years old
