Job Responsibilities

The Newsletter writer will be assigned the following primary responsibilities:

• Design of attractive online B2B Newsletters targeted at our Executive and Board clients across industries


• Adaptation of online Newsletter Templates


• Ensuring branded layout for high impact with our clients


• Defining and sustaining the Newsletters’ Theme and managing an effective editorial board


• Articulation of the content strategy in collaboration with the market-facing departments and internal relationship managers


• Monitoring of cutting-edge content topics in collaboration with the market-facing departments


• Identification of content sources and diligent follow-up to ensure timely delivery for publication


• Disciplined roll out of the Newsletter to the agreed audience at the agreed frequency - weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.


• Tracking feedback on clients’ value derived and adapting, towards maintaining a high level of client excitement at all times.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in the Mass communication and Journalism or any relevant course related, with a 2:1 or first class from a top-tier university


• Have a Master’s Degree or major professional qualification is an added advantage.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience newsletter writing


• Excellent presentation skills


• Creative and innovative, able to generate many good-actionable contents


• Data-drivenwith the ability to quickly sort through masses of data, find interesting trends, and convey them in a digestible way


• Ability to understand core themes in digital transformation.


• Experience in B2B Newsletter Design and Management for a tier company


• Experience as Editor of a professional Newsletter


• Requisite IT skills for online Newsletter Publication


• Good working knowledge of our consulting areas of Human Resource Management, Corporate Governance, Digital & Virtual Learning, Corporate Strategy and Risk Management.
