Key Responsibilities

• Develop and define a common set of processes, tools, and templates to control the program.


• Manage resource allocation & project teams.


• Ensure effective team/project-based communication and change management implementation.


• Ensure that all team plans/goals are met within a set timeline.


• Monitors team performance and communicates major issues, slippage, and suggested remedies.


• Coordinate and manage interaction among the different project teams


• Monitor and give necessary feedback to key stakeholders.


• Establish infrastructure to capture and report on project targets/metrics


• Development of a project strategy and its adaptation by the development team with the team.

Primary Qualifications and Requirements:

• Project management experience with at least 2 years in the fintech/cryptocurrency industry.


• Experience working with a team to develop a software application is an added advantage.


• Experience in building workflows


• You must have a portfolio of released projects.


• Ability to clearly set goals and focus on the result of work.


• Ability to motivate the team.
