Job Description

• A medical spa nurse works in the beauty industry, helping doctors and specialists care for patients undergoing and recovering from medical procedures.


• Cosmetic nurses can work in outpatient plastic surgery centers, medical spas, and dermatology centers.


• As a medical spa nurse, your responsibilities include performing various client services, such as beauty and esthetician procedures, administering skin treatments, facilitating care for post-op patients, managing surgery and exam room sterilization and inventory, scheduling patients, and assisting during medical procedures.


• Your duties also often include administering treatments like laser peels, starting IVs, and preparing and performing injections.


• Upselling products can also be part of a beauty RN’s role.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
