The Collateral Valuation Officer shall use an internally approved standard valuation template or tools to value the collateral items with a value above NGN 50m and report the result to the Risk department.
Responsibilities
Determining the value of all descriptions of landed property and estimating the economic worth of the Landed Property
Feasibility and viability studies of all mortgage properties for credit processes
Generate and support new business opportunities for the Bank.
Cooperate in the development of the Housing facility for the staff and client
Assist in selling all mortgaged properties due to forfeiture of delinquent clients by revalidating the market and forced sales value.
Work with the branches and recovery in any matter relating to confiscation and sales of collateral.
Conduct a loan underwriting process, as the case may be.
Perform any other similar job as assigned by the CRO.
Requirements
Good knowledge of Real Estate Management.
Ability to use AutoCAD and HSE tools

Qualifications
Minimum in BSc / HND in Architecture, Estate Management, and Building/Civil Engineering.
Experience Level: Entry-level - Mid-level
Experience Length:1- 3 years of relevant experience
Professional certification in HSE is an added advantage.
