JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education: B. Pharmacy (a must)
- Experience: 5+ Experience as a Relationship Manager in a Pharmaceutical industry
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Sales team to create compelling brand and category stories to expand distribution and secure new item sell-in. Preparation of selling decks and materials to support the sales team.
- Work with the product manager for promotional strategies on all platforms.
- Develop comprehensive promotional programs to help to establish brand awareness, equity, and sales success on all platforms.
- Manage the development, monitoring, and coordination of promotional budget spending.
- Spearheaded initiatives such as packaging, merchandising, pricing, and communication development.
- Make use of market data to identify new opportunities for SKU and portfolio development.
- Perform consumer insight research and activity to identify research needs and establish programs designed to meet those needs, including deeper consumer understanding and innovation planning.
- Partner with label development, regulations, and marketing to ensure packaging and promotional materials are up-to-date & relevant.
- Participate in P&L management and monthly sales forecasting.
- Develop brand briefs and manage content development for websites, digital and social media.
- Participate in the project management process with cross-functional teams and develop and execute launch plans to ensure in market success.
- Conduct brand reviews, and analyze and track product line performance to identify product line improvement, new product, and promotion effectiveness improvement opportunities.
- Performs other marketing management duties as required.
- Participate in trade shows as needed.
- Package and send all obligatory activity reports to the head office as and when due.
