Our innovative and growing company is searching for an experienced candidate for the position of product development analyst who can help to take our key products to the next level. The ideal candidate will be able to evaluate user requirements, make design recommendations, build navigation components, enhance systems based on user feedback and surveys, and communicate effectively with all product stakeholders. 



  • User Requirements: Work with Product Manager and Business Development team to develop and document system requirements in line with user demand, fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.

  • Design: Apply basic UI/UX experience to design user interface for new and existing platforms.

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with Product Manager to determine product vision, positioning, and direction and ensure the overall achievement of product objectives.

  • Roadmap contribution: Define product enhancements, strategies and roadmap.

  • Product Backlog management: Collaborate with Product Manager to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Create user stories and prioritize product features as determined by business, customer and market needs.

  • Product Enhancement: Identify new product opportunities, service improvements, and cost reductions and contribute to the determination of pricing and profitability of the product. Lead new product service processes and procedures.

  • Support Business Development Activities: Provide support on new business initiatives, including project management. Align product launch activities with marketing activities.

  • Product Documentation: Prepare and ensure product literatures are accurate and relevant. Review acceptance tests and user documentation prepared by the QA team.

  • User Feedback: Gather feedback from end users about products.

  • Product Demo: Assist Product Manager and Go-To-Market teams to manage Product Development gate process, including system walkthroughs and demos to internal and external customers.

  • Scrum Implementation: Organize sprint planning, reviews and daily stand ups, and provide appropriate status reports/updates on development progress.

  • Issues management: Manage and drive closure of issues.


Requirements



  • Bachelor of Science or Business degree

  • 2+ years of business analytics experience, preferably in software development industry

  • Experience using software design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Figma.

  • Self-starter, ability to work independently, and to work well in a team environment.

  • Must be able to assess quickly and resolve situations with an appropriate sense of urgency.

  • Must have strong written/verbal communication. 

  • Must be able to prioritize workload effectively, work cross-functionally within the company

  • Must be flexible with multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in software design is a plus.
