Our client is a leading fast-growing NGO in Lagos. The organization therefore invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of a HR and Admin Officer provide day-to-day support to the Human Resources, and the Administrative /Facilities department to ensure an overall smooth running of all the activities of the company.
Job Description:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Ensure an organized and clean environment via effective supervision of the cleaners
Requirements
- B.sc in Social Sciences and other related courses
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Good understanding of office administration and basic book keeping.
