Job Description
The individual will be required to manage the entire life cycle of the product as well as oversee product, pricing, and positioning strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product
- Engage with banking partners, card schemes, and clients to enhance the working relationship between these parties and Multigate
- Be responsible for preparing product pitch deck and product marketing materials and ensuring the accuracy of the information captured therein
- Assist with special projects as assigned by your line manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 -7 years of working experience
- Proven work experience in a product manager role
- Proven experience or understanding of the payments processing industry
