Responsibilities



  • Prepare sales plan with a road map to achieve planned business objective through identification and tapping new business opportunities; with profit responsibility.

  • Manage the implementation of all the relevant applicable SOPs. To ensure business transactions are executed as per given prices and policies.

  • Explore new business opportunities and ventures for business growth.

  • Manage the day- to-day operations of sales region gathering information, sharing inputs, encouraging team work and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high performance standards.

  • Make regular customer visits for sales development and facilitate customers for various projects and possiibilitiesto boost sales.

  • Performs sales activities for various customers in close coordination with Digital Marketing Manager & content creator

  • To develop new customer base and sustain existing business by periodic customer meeting, conducting various customer trials and managing effective customer intimacy.

  • To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.

  • To access and utilize promotional tools, identify improvement opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase the work efficiency.

  • To build accurate and detailed profiling for the key accounts to explore new business opportunities.

  • To offer technical advice to customers, drive sales and maintain strong customers’ interaction. You will understand the needs of the customers and provide advice and guidance accordingly.

  • To do analysis of market performance of products and advise on the scope of improvement required in companys existing products line.

  • To work on market development as per set goals and provide feedback from customers with regards to sales and marketing of concerned products.

  • To liaise with Laboratory & Research team to develop new products or conductdetailed root cause analysis for any product variation based on customer complaints and to submit same.

  • To communicate with management on sales projects and provide monthly, quarterly updates. Also for technical solutions provided to customers as at when required.

  • To plan and strategies communication with management regarding running projects, upcoming and technical sales opportunities.

  • To work on new market development and demonstrate technical features and general good knowledge of company’s products to customers.

  • To perform other related duties or assignment as and when assigned.


Requirements



  • B.Sc / HND in Pure Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing and or related discipline.

  • 3-5 years Technical Sales Experience

  • Record of meeting and exceeding targets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).

  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

  • Great networking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills and excellent eye for detail.


Salary:



  • NGN 180,000 - 220,000
